Braemar Carriage Home Spotlight: The Norwood Model

Braemar Carriage Home Spotlight:  The Norwood Model

The demand for single family homes in Braemar waxes and wans, but one thing does remain consistent.  Braemar Carriage homes always outsell their larger counterparts in our community.  Whether prices are rising or falling, Braemar Carriage homes outsell just about every other single family home in the community on a consistent basis.

The Braemar Carriage home featured in this post is the Norwood model.  It was a popular choice among buyers who bought new from Brookfield.  It was the most affordable option with the openness of the kitchen to the family room that has become so popular with buyers.  The additional mud room extension really does wonders for this area.  Combined with the formal living and dining rooms, and main level powder room, the Norwood model is very much a colonial style home.

Like the Maplewood, the Norwood offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second level.  While the floor plan does show a two-story foyer, if you chose to have that space finished, you would enjoy a larger Master Bedroom.

The Norwood is a floor plan that many first time home buyers, and those looking for an alternative to a Braemar townhouse, will enjoy.  And the two car detached garage that was optional for those purchasing from Brookfield really does add a lot of value.

The floor plan for each level of the Norwood model is pictured below.  If you happen to be investigating a Norwood with an unfinished basement, this will help give you an idea of how to best finish that space.
