Another Braemar Condo SOLD!!
This three bedroom, two and a half bathroom Braemar condo hit the market priced at $240,000 on February 4, 2014. It was only a matter of six days before it was under contract. There were a ton of calls from interested buyers and plenty of showings. There simply wasn’t anything on the market in Bristow priced below $250,000.
The road to settlement was a smooth one, and maybe a bit longer than most. It was under contract on February 9th, but didn’t go to settlement until March 28th. That’s almost two months. However, it worked to the advantage of the Sellers who didn’t want to rent back and had the ability to buy their next home without selling this one first. It also worked for the Buyers who were in a rental agreement that they could not break.
On March 28th, this Braemar condo went to settlement for full list price of $240,000. The Sellers agreed to give $3,100 in closing cost assistance to the Buyers and buy them a home warranty. A happy ending for all involved.
