Braemar Condo Quarterly:  July-September 2015

Braemar Condo in Bristow, VAThe third quarter of the year is well behind us.  Looking back on the activity in the Braemar real estate market, it may well have been one of the busiest quarters for Braemar condo sales.  If you recall, we had only two sales of Braemar condos in third quarter of 2014.   There were three sales in the second quarter of 2015, which was our last reporting period.

With six sales in the third quarter of 2015, we have a high sales price of $255,000 and a low sales price of $231,000.  The average condo sales price was $247,000.  That’s a drop since last report of a little over 1% in average market value.  Since last year,  however, average market value for Braemar condos has increased nearly 3%.
